Young Living is still a part of my life every day, but between my non profit job and my other blog, Hot Eats and Cool Reads, blogging about oils got pushed aside!

I attended the Young Living convention in June and got my oil blogging mojo back!


Today's post is super fun for summer and for the kiddos! Who am I kidding, it's fun for the mamas too! 😉

This bubble gum scented diffuser and roller blend is simply fabulous! It's easy, using only three Young Living Essential Oils and with the diffuser and roller option, you can make the house smell wonderful, or use it as a perfume blend and get compliments every where you go!

Ylang Ylang happens to be my favorite perfume choice, but when mixed with Eucalyptus and Grapefruit, it's out of this world!

This is defintely a new oily favorite for us, and I hope it is for you too! Enjoy! 💚

Bubble Gum Essential Oil Diffuser or Roller Blend

Ingredients

• Diffuser:
• 1 drop Eucalyptus Globulus
• 3 drops Ylang Ylang
• 2 drops Grapefruit
• Roller:
• 2 drops Eucalyptus Globulus
• 6 drops Ylang Ylang
• 4 drops Grapefruit
• 10ml roller bottle
• carrier oil such as V-6, sweet almond oil, or grapeseed oil

Instructions

Diffuser:

Add essential oil drops and water to diffuser fill line. Turn on and enjoy!

Roller:

Add essential oil drops to roller bottle. Fill with carrier oil of your choice. Shake, roll and enjoy.

Note: When using citrus oils such as grapefruit, avoid direct sunlight for up to 12 hours after application. Or simply apply to an area covered by clothing.
